Waterwheel Gifts and Books was established in 1982. The log cabin, rock garden and waterwheel was built almost 60 years ago. The rock garden is made from local rocks and petrified wood that came from a nearby petrified forest. The building sits back off the wooden boardwalk while the bear paws lead you through the trees of birds and sounds of water flowing in a mountain setting. Inside you will experience an ambience of soft music that will entertain you while you are shopping. You'll wish you had more time to spend with us....

Our customers are our number one priority. Customer satisfaction is what motivates us to find the best western and wildlife gifts and books. You'll be impressed...we're sure.

Dubois sets among the rugged Wind River Mountains where you can hike, snowmobile, ski, snowshoe, camp and fish the Wind River. Here you will find rainbow trout and brookies in clear mountain and glacier water. Dubois has a population of about 1000 people living in the city limits and the outlaying mountain areas are probably another 1000 in population. We are known to be the most remote town in the 48 states and renowned for having the largest herd of bighorn sheep in North America.
We are your gateway to Teton and Yellow-stone Parks.
A vacation paradise no matter what time of year! Dubois is a destination for your whole family. Come visit us or Contact Us today.
